I’m working on a very large and heavy oak cabinet this week. It needs to be thoroughly sanded as it’s being stained darker to match the dining set I did for the same customer. I’m not looking forward to the glass doors, lots of careful sanding to come!

Ah the excitement of a fabric addiction on delivery day! Nothing better than a big fabric delivery arriving 😍

After the May Worcester market I had commissions to fulfil and there were a few fabrics I just couldn’t resist adding to the order.

Well I’ve worked three weeks straight without a day off and I really needed to make something so I squeezed in a couple of lampshades this morning. I’ll be focusing on some neutrals and country style ones next 💡

This big table has had a full revamp along with its legs, extension and chairs. It was all very orangey oak but it now a rich, warm brown. Follow along to see the full transformation

This fabulous Ercol sofa has been transformed from dark and dated to light and modern. I prepared and painted the frame in “Victorian Lace” and Lucy made new cushions covers in this relaxing neutral fabric.
