As the year draws to a close and I have a few days left of work, I would like to take a moment to thank all of my customers — both human and hairy! From Lucy, the boys, and myself, thank you so much for your continued custom over the last 12 months (and for many of you, much longer).

I will be taking some much-needed time off over Christmas and the New Year to rest, rejuvenate, and prepare for the year ahead. I would also like to apologise to anyone I may have let down or not gotten back to as quickly as I would have liked. Moving forward, I kindly ask that everyone pre-books appointments to help save my sanity and ensure you can secure the times that suit you best.

Reflecting on the year, there have been many highs and lows, but I’m truly looking forward to what the next 12 months will bring.

Thank you all once again, and I wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a happy, prosperous New Year. 🎄✨

ALSO IF PAYMENT ISNT RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS A LATE PAYMENT FEE WILL BE ADDED ON*********

Price increase from 1st February 2025
Unfortunately with the increase in shoes, fuel, insurances, gas, vehicle tax and many other expenses I have had no choice but to increase my shoeing prices from 1st February 2025, I will also be going Vat Registered (blame the government).
Standard Prices (Include Vat)
Full Set - £110
1/2 Set - £75
Trim - £40
All other remedial work will be priced individually per client/job.
Anyone who fails to pay within 24 hours will automatically incur a £10 late payment fee.
I'm getting fed up of having to chase people who don't pay. I have some customers outstanding from November/December who have still not paid. I should be spending my time off with my family.

With my last day of work fast approaching (tomorrow) I just wanted to thank all customers (human and equine) for your custom over the past year. As a family we really are incredibly grateful. I’m briefly back to work in between Christmas and the new year but this is only for pre booked appointments (fully booked). I will then be returning to work on 3rd January 2023, any messages/phone calls received will be returned when I’m back to work in January, it’s now time for some much needed family time and rest. Unfortunately due to the increase in materials (Shoes, gas, fuel etc). Each Job I do is priced individually and based on the horse/pony I'm doing however basic prices will be increasing from the 1st January 2024.
The new prices are below:
Set of Shoes - £95
1/2 Set (with hind trim) - £65
Trims - £35
Remedial shoeing - these will be priced individually per job.
Unfortunately I have held out for as long as I can but with the cost of living increasing I have no option.

Hoping to put the smile back on my nieces face if anyone can help please PM me

Looking for a new Loan pony for my niece to move to a lovely yard in Winterbourne. Unfortunately her current loan pony is returning to his owners and she's gutted.

What we would like (in an ideal world)

1) full loan to move yards (winterbourne) will also consider LWVTB as long as the right pony
2) gelding
3) no bigger than 13.2 (she's only a dot)
4) nothing green but also nothing too old
5) she is currently jumping 50/60cm confidently
6) to go to pony club and have fun on and to continue to build her confidence

She has regular lessons with Rachel Sheldon
My wife will helping to look after the pony and will be loved so so much it’s unreal. If know of anything please let me know TIA

I’m officially on holiday, this time I’m taking the kids 🤣 I’m back to work on Saturday 26th August. For any emergencies please call my phone for numbers etc but please understand they have their own clients so only call if necessary.

I'm officially on holiday, I will be back to work on Monday 10th July, for any emergencies please call Ryan Ford DipWcf / Joel Roberts or Ralph Walker (numbers on my voicemail).
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all my customers for the last three weeks with my van out of action, your understanding and patience has helped my stress levels massively. Apologies to those of you I haven't managed to fit in before I go.
Also a really big thank you to Joel, Ryan, Ed Menon and Joe Buckley DipWcf for helping get work done these past few weeks. However the biggest thanks goes to Nick (Claire Tewson) and Jason for putting the work into my van to get it back on the road, we will be all guns blazing from the 10th July. Now get me on that plane ☀️🍺🍻🛫
