Katie Louise Smith Upholstery

Katie Louise Smith Upholstery The revival and complete reupholstery of all antique and modern furniture.

I am trained in both traditional and modern upholstery methods and can give advice on suitable fabrics and colour schemes. I am particularly interested in using antique fabrics, linens, lace, embroidery and unconventional fabrics for reupholstery, so I would be happy to discuss any ideas you may have. I regularly source my own furniture restoration projects, which when complete will be available f

or sale through the website, keep a look out for updates. If there is a piece of furniture that you have in mind but are having trouble sourcing, let me know as I regularly visit many of the big antique fairs and may be able to help.

Another obscure chair project to add to the repetoire! This lovely Victorian Day bed chair transforms into a slim day bed by folding down the arms and seat.

Question is- bold and punchy or plain and neutral fabric? Handsome proportions and perfect addition for modern day small space living...anyone come across one before?

Upholstery of this little bedroom chaise seems to have been interrupted by bad jokes about the new addition to the team. He doesn't say much but we like him nonetheless.
