Vintage Parker Knoll Wing Back

This vintage Parker Knoll model PK750 has been fully refurbished and reupholstered to bring it bang up to date. I love this fabric, a durable but sumptuous spray dyed velvet where the colour moves across the width fading and twisting towards the edges – it’s produced my Harlequin – colourway – Papaya/Rasberry/Logenberry.

The wood has been fully striped, stained and simply waxed to compliment the fabric beautifully…

This iconic piece of G Plan furniture produced in 1967 started life a dressing table stool, now with a fresh new look it could be used as a footstool, side table or for general seating and will add a pop of vintage to any room but also looks stunning in a modern environment.

The wood has had minimal attention with just a clean and coat of oil to bring out the beauty of the teak, the foam pad has been replaced and re-upholstered with fabric from Kirkby Design -“Atom” and contrasted with grey velvet.

When possible I like to remove and replace any original stickers and these will be shown in the photos.

I source original vintage footstools and legs and fully refurbish them, the foam pads are replaced and re-upholstered creating a stylish bespoke stool that will look fantastic in any vintage or modern setting.

Covered in a John Lewis fabric – “Confetti” and contrasted with grey velvet, the legs have been stripped back to the natural wood and oiled to show their natural colour and patina, making each stool individual.

This iconic piece of G Plan furniture produced in 1967 started life a dressing table stool, now with a fresh new look it could be used as a footstool, side table or for general seating and will add a pop of vintage to any room but also looks stunning in a modern environment.

Upholstered and fabric deep buttoned Ottoman offering an alternative storage solution in either your bedroom or living room. This Ottoman can also be used as a footstool and extra seating when needed.
We have added riser rods to assist when lifting the lid for storage purposes.

I love these chairs, the patina of the wood is fantastic, late Victorian these chairs have had over 140 years of use and are now ready for a new home.

The wood has simply been cleaned and waxed, with a little re-work of the shellac on the front of the legs, the chairs are sound and woodworm free. The seat frames were also in need of some work due to their age, each one would have originally been hand made to fit each chair and they are all numbered to fit perfectly.

Brought up to date with a Designer Guild luxury pure linen “Caprifoglio” in Sky, the colours complement and tone well with the warmth of the mellow mahogany. I used different areas of the fabric to create individual seat covers.
