First I wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has commented on my last post, and sent me DM’s. I am absolutely blown away by all your love and support, and definitely shed a few tears.

From our last post we had so many messages asking if our items are for sale, we are excited to let you know that throughout November all of our well coveted pieces will be available to purchase.

A fond farewell xx

It comes with great sadness that as of the end of this month, Anthology Vintage Hire will be shutting it’s doors.

After nearly 9 years of running this amazing business, it is now time for us to start a new adventure!

COVID certainly did hit us hard, and although we made it through bu the skin of our teeth, it has certainly left a mark on our little family run business.

Also, some of you may know, that my beautiful Mum became suddenly very ill with a brain tumour, and sadly passed away last October. To say it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with is an understatement. It has changed the way I look at life, and as much as I have loved running Anthology, the busy summer periods means that time with my family is limited, and that’s something I want to change.

We have met so many amazing couples, wedding planners, photographers, florists, and wedding business owners along the way, for which I am truly grateful for. We have forged some wonderful friendships over the years, and I will miss you all dearly.

Here’s to the next chapter in our lives - wish us luck! Lots of love xx

CAAAKE!!!!

Please don’t just pop it in the corner of your room! Make it a feature! Whether you’ve gone all out and got an amazing tiered cake, or your guests are bringing along an offering for the evening, make a statement with your cake table. We have an amazing selection of one off tables perfect for the occasion, but our Reclaimed Wood Trestle Tables are also perfect too.

These cakes by were marvelled at on this shoot and so beautifully decorated, we knew they needed justice done to them with a stunning set up. As always killing it with this fabric installation (I helped hold the twine up don’t you know!!).

I absolutely loved working with on this shoot who created an amazing vision with such an amazing team.

✨NEW SERVICE ✨

When prepping for this gorgeous shoot, the organiser asked if we could personalise our rustic reclaimed wood bar with the couples name and date….and so we did! The wonderful Katie who works with us has the nifty machine to be able to create this gorgeous decal for our bar. So now we are able to offer our reclaimed wood bar with the name and date of your special day, whether its a wedding, birthday, or any celebration!

A closer look at this amazing fabric Instillation designed by last year for a charmingly rustic ceremony set up at  🍂

“A brand new, never been seen before, signature 'MiaSylvia Flower X Fiber Wall' has been installed for the ceremony space using rustic tables and chairs by us!

I’m so excited to have our Gorgeous Garden Styled Shoot up on the blog! This was such an amazing day (although a bit windy!) with the best team of suppliers I could have ever wished for on my first organised styled shoot. Thank you so much to Festival Brides for loving it so much and featuring it. When Mia and I were planning this styled shoot, Mia had the idea of creating a Parisian style dining area for the ceremony. She wanted to break from the traditional ceremony seating, and create small tables where people would drink and be comfortable. I absolutely adore what she created with our furniture, and the covered area here at is the perfect spot. Who else LOVES this ceremony idea?
