PLEASE NOTE:
It is the customers responsibility to measure up and make sure the bed size they order will fit into their property as well as their room as we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges; we make all our beds on orders and prepay for the beds to be made for the customer. Again, for any headboard height, whether itβs 54β standard headboard height or any extra height headboard, customer is requ
ired to measure the headboard will fit through their property/hallway/staircase; all customers have different properties with different types of ceilings/stairs/hallways/door frames. We donβt know what a customers property looks like from the inside so we canβt make sure what you order will fit! We also cannot tell from videos/images that customers send for us to check whether a certain height headboard will fit so please donβt be offended if we ask you to measure up/or we refuse to say what will fit. If a bed is faulty or damaged, we will rectify the issue for you or replace it; if itβs something that the customer doesnβt like about what they have ordered then no refund/exchange is possible as we make everything like image and whatever colour/fabric is asked for. All our beds are QC checked before packing and dispatching to make sure the best quality has been provided. If for whatever reason, a customer misses their delivery or is unavailable for their delivery on the day of delivery, then delivery charges will apply again for the customer as we use third party couriers and prepay them for booking beforehand. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if delivery has been missed or if customer isnβt willing to accept bed/delivery. Time slots for delivery are given a day before delivery and driver also does contact customer on the day prior to delivery so plenty of notice is given. When delivering, it is doorstep delivery the couriers provide. We have no say in this matter as this is how the third party couriers work. If you live in a property which is not on ground floor, couriers will refuse to take further than the main entrance or may charge the customer extra to take to their main door. Assembly is not included in delivery price; it is an extra charge and NEEDS to be BOOKED in when placing order or before delivery is made so we can send a driver who is insured and trained. We try our best to make customers happy and give our 100% in service from start to finish; the last thing we want is for a customer to lose out on money or for their frustration to be taken out on us!
