All items are made to order and due to this are non refundable - This includes the deposit, check measurements to ensure correct sizing before hand! Our products are delivered via our own personal courier to give you a great customer experience, we like to be hands on when it comes to our customers and this is why we do not use other couriers to deliver our products, we like to know our products have been delivered safely to you. We are a family run business and started out during the global pandemic as a small company and have continued to grow since day 1. All of our products are hand made and made specifically to your requirements so please just ask if there is anything you would like to know. We do beds of all sizes from Single to a Super-king and we also have a range of sofas which have started to come in over the last few months. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR SIZING BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU FEEL THIS MAY BE AN ISSUE AS IF THE BED DOES NOT FIT AT ALL IN YOUR DOORWAYS ETC THEN WE WILL NOT TAKE THIS AS A RETURN AS ALL BEDS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
