Renovation project nearly complete ✅

The Coreworks team have been busy this past week on this renovation project.

From freshly skimmed ceilings to new oak handrail & base rails complete with new white spindles. Finally a fresh coat of paint throughout and what a difference it’s made for this existing client of ours.

This new client of ours (a landlord) contacted us following a personal recommendation where his previous carpenter had used all the wrong hardware so the door could not be signed off.

Now fully compliant, the door is safe providing those necessary 30 minutes for means of escape.

Another productive day on the tools!
Our team has completed a new insulated stud wall to separate the lounge from the dining room in our client’s home. The framing is solid, the insulation is in, and the space is already starting to feel more defined.
