☀️Time for a Little Break!☀️

Hi everyone,

Just a quick message to let you know that I’m now on annual leave until the 25th May.

I’m taking a bit of time off to relax and recharge. I will be doing some admin later on in the week, any booking enquiries are still welcome and I will get back to you when I can.

4 ways to stay injured without realising it in 2026 📆

No one does these on purpose.
But I see them every single week within my clinic.

1. Resting until the pain “goes away”
It usually does.
Then it comes back.
Because the strength never did.

2. Only treating where it hurts
The pain is the symptom.
Not the problem.
If we don’t find the cause, it’s just a loop.

3. Doing random exercises you found online
Good exercises.
Wrong person.
Wrong time.
Wrong reason.

4. Thinking pain is just part of getting older
It’s common.
But it’s not normal.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not broken.
