Dates for the diary …

With Hillsborough season ticket sales for next season now having topped the 17,000 mark inside two weeks of launch … here’s a few upcoming dates for the Wednesday diary. The division one fixtures will be released at midday on June 25, ahead of the league games kicking off between August 14-16. The Carabao Cup first round ties will be staged the previous week, being played from August 7-9....

Iorfa’s fond farewell … full retained list

Dominic Iorfa is to leave the Owls after seven years at Hillsborough. The 30-year-old defender has been released by the club after the retained list was published today, Iorfa having made 222 appearances for Wednesday and netting seven times.
