🚨 NEW PROJECT ALERT 🚨

We’re pleased to be working alongside William Roofing Contractors Ltd on a scaffold project at Marchwood Gate, Chichester.

Today, we successfully completed the first block, installing a specially designed scaffold to allow essential roofing maintenance works to be carried out safely and efficiently.

Safety has been a key priority throughout this project, with careful consideration given to the private residents living on the estate. Our aim has been to provide a secure working environment for the roofing team while allowing residents to continue with their everyday lives with as little disruption as possible.

The properties and apartments on the estate were originally built in the mid-1980s, and maintaining them safely and effectively is essential to keeping the development in good condition for years to come.

A great start to the project, and we look forward to progressing with the next stages Williams Roofing .

Working in close partnership with the client, we have delivered a bespoke temporary roof scaffold to fully encapsulate this listed building during its restoration. The weatherproof covering safeguarded the historic structure from the elements while providing safe, reliable access for all trades. Through careful planning, engineering expertise, and ongoing collaboration, we have ensured the project could be completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact on this important heritage asset.
