Cowdenhill is a Community Centre at the bottom of Cowdenhill Road in Grangepans. The Hall is maintained and managed by a small group of volunteers and is suitable for a variety of different classes and events,

Our costs for the main hall are £18 per hour for a one off booking, rising t
o £25 per hour for any booking beyond 9.00pm and £15 an hour for regular users. There is a minimum hire period of 2 hours. Bookings should be made through

Our hall is lovely and well looked after and we expect it to be returned the same way which is why we ask for a £25 deposit to ensure this happens. Adult parties and late night bookings ( after 9.00pm) will require a £50 deposit. These are non-returnable but will be deducted from your final payment. •Applicants must be over 21 years of age.
•A £25 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a booking within 7 days of the booking form being sent out. (£50 for adult parties and let’s after 9.00pm) This will be deducted from your final payment. For adult lets beyond 9.00pm the the full hire cost will be taken and the deposit refunded in full after the event as long as the hall is left in the condition set out below and no damages have been incurred.
•All breakages and/or damage at allotted time of let will be the responsibility of the person booking the hall (lessee).
•The lessee will leave the hall in a clean and tidy condition with any tables and chairs cleaned and returned to the original position prior to let.
•Cowdenhill is a zero waste venue. All rubbish generated by the lessee must be removed from the hall and taken home
•All regular bookings must be paid by the last day of the calendar month or a £5 admin fee will apply per week until the payment is brought up to date.
•All one time lets must be paid in full not later than 7 days before the let date otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
