We’re back! 🐾

We know we’ve been a bit quiet lately, and it’s time to share why. To say we’ve had a tough start to the year is an understatement. We battled three separate leaks in our workroom—each time we fixed and rebuilt, it happened again. 😭

While we were dealing with all of this, we decided to take a step back, regroup while we rebuilt our own space.

The good news? We are back in full swing! ✊

While our trusted partners have still been receiving their stock, we haven't been serving the public—but that’s about to change.

A difficult update 🛑

Running a small business is a labor of love, but unfortunately, we’ve recently been targeted by a calculated case of "chargeback fraud." It is heartbreaking to share that a stockist received our products, showcased them to their own audience, and then filed for a full refund through our payment provider.

The most shocking part? While the refund was processing, they actually tried to place another order with us. It was only when we insisted on a bank transfer for the new invoice—rather than sending another payment link—that they went completely silent and stopped answering our messages. It is clear they intended to repeat the same scam a second time.

This doesn't just mean a lost sale. As a small business, we are hit with the loss of stock, the loss of the original payment, and additional "dispute fees" from the provider. This leaves us in debt for simply doing our jobs and providing quality products.

Because of this, we are currently prioritizing bank transfers for new orders to ensure our business remains protected. To our many wonderful, honest stockists—thank you for your continued support. To those who think small businesses are an easy target for "free" stock: please remember there is a person and a family behind every invoice.

We won't let this stop us, but we are taking the necessary steps to protect our future. ✨
