Hi everyone! It’s Simon and Rachael we just want to say a heartfelt thankyou for your understanding regarding us shutting the shop yesterday at such short notice. ❤️

As you know we are a family business and family is the most important thing to us, and that extends to our four legged, fur babies too.

Unfortunately our 15 year old cat called Pookie took a bad turn yesterday morning and was really struggling to breathe. After lots of back and forth and tests we unfortunately had no other option but to put her to sleep so that she would not suffer or be in pain.

A big thankyou to Mere Road Vets who looked after Pookie and kept her comfortable.

Rest in peace Pookie, the only one to take sleep more seriously than we do, you will be missed tremendously 🐾

🧹 A little Monday morning tidy-up!

We decided the pavement outside the shop could do with a bit of TLC this morning, so before we got stuck into the day, we grabbed the bags and did a quick litter pick. 💪

It doesn’t take much to make a difference, and if everyone did their little bit, our streets would be a whole lot nicer.

So there you go… we sell beds, but we also doing street cleaning now too! 😂

Keeping our little corner of Blackpool looking good. ❤️

And honestly… we're a beyond chuffed. ❤️

We're just a bed shop on Waterloo Road. We sell mattresses, beds, headboards and probably spend far too much time talking about sleep 😂

But we've always wanted Berry’s to be more than just somewhere you buy a mattress.

We're part of this community. We deliver to local homes, businesses and care homes, we recycle old mattresses responsibly, we support local events and — most importantly — we get to meet some brilliant people every single week.
