Just a quick update I feel is due. 🚴‍♂️

I have an influx of customers contacting to book in from out of Fylde areas. Im proud too of outreached customers from Lancaster/Preston and surrounding areas. I am happy to service, repair,build your bike. I will do my best to book you in as soon as possible and take care of your pride and joy to the highest standard.

Of course a lot will be coming from Colin Gardner aka The Bike Magician retiring from that area, I understand people will be in need of someone to take care of there bike going forward and I get that. Much respect for Colins experience and skill over several decades.
However I must stress I spend at least 1.5 -4 hours on the road most evenings dropping and picking up bikes. Of which wouldn't be feasible to go out of the fylde or even lytham/warton/preston in the summer months at least... I just want to give an insight into the nature of the business I run to the best of my ability from my home Bispham dedicated bike workshop i have built myself from the ground up.
The work involved to give an honest idea of what I do for the cycling community. Mainly a road bike specialism.

My contact opening times are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm , but I work at least 20 plus hours each week out of those hours to achieve completion of jobs and paperwork, drop off/ collection+ replying too customers that i have missed calls that have successfully left text/whatsapp/email messages as my hands have either been in a parts washer or bleeding brakes,driving or hourly rate timed jobs that is almost impossible to break off to answer. Its just me, and I plan to keep it that way for quality reassurance.

🚚 im in a first generation Electric van that doesnt have the mileage too go far out of the fylde! Nor can I physically work more hours to incorporate the travel time. Im not being funny too not collect and drop off your bikes from further Lancashire but theres only so much I can manage and I hope theres an understanding there after reading this far.
Your welcome to drop off to me by apointment, as I only have so much storage space and there is a queue and I hope this message comes across clear and positive and gives a better understanding of my small business and how it works.

Some of the stunning builds/ bikes i have been working on recently, some interesting quality Chinese parts too, yes those 2 words sometimes fit in the same sentence nowadays. The white bike aside from the groupset is made in China and the quality was pretty good!

Trek Madone in for some work, Tripeak ceramic OSPW's , 8lien carbon wheelset ft carbon spokes, and continental Archetype tubeless tyres.
Finishing kit- Titanium fasteners and dropout, along with a kmc dlc prewaxed chain. This bike is running 54/36 up front and a 11-34 ratio.
Im Impressed with the weight of this wheelset combined weight front and rear of 1040 grams just over a kilo and still offers aero advantage with the deep sections.

Probably the most frightening steerer cut I have ever done. Tubeless setup was also completed ready for Majorca.
