KECHB Allotment

KECHB Allotment We are a pupil lead lunchtime allotment club. However, despite these achievements, we still want to improve.

The allotment was set up in March 2008, with the hope of attempting to grow plants and develop practical biology skills. Since then, it has developed greatly, and we have had many successful crops, especially after the addition of the raised beds, which gave us better quality soil and a major reduction in weeds. Over the next academic year, we would like to advance in all areas, and computerize t

he allotment where possible, for example in planning. We have plans for an interactive bed plan, so we know what to plant where, when to harvest it, and what not to plant, as well with other plans, such as that for our E-Allotment software.
