We’ve had a number of recent enquiries about our Okehurst Design horse trailer bars, so I thought we should share a little more about how our hire works and the options available ✨
Our bars are offered on a dry hire basis, giving you the flexibility to create a setup that suits your event perfectly 🐴🍹. We provide the beautifully converted trailer bar, while stocking and staffing can be arranged in a way that works best for you.
Your catering team 🍴
If you’re already working with caterers, they can often incorporate bar service seamlessly alongside your event, using their existing team on the day.
Staffing support 🥂
If you’d prefer to supply your own drinks, we can arrange experienced bar staff for you, or put you in touch with trusted contacts who can step in and run the bar.
Full-service bar experience 🍸
For a completely hands-off option, we work with professional bar companies who can take care of everything- from drinks and glassware to staffing. They also handle all licensing, so you can relax knowing every detail is covered ✅
A more personal approach 🤝
You may prefer to supply your own drinks and have someone you know run the bar. Drinks can be offered complimentary or at a small charge to help cover costs. Alternatively, we can arrange professional staff on an hourly rate to support this setup.
Licensing 📄
If drinks are offered free of charge, no licence is required. If you plan to charge, a licence will be needed-but we’re always happy to guide you through what’s required.
