WHO KNEW THAT FURNITURE COULD BE MULTIFUNCTIONAL 😝 Of course multifunctional furniture has been around for centuries now, so this is nothing new…

But none the less a fun project and build for a friend of mine last year! 🤩

THE FINAL PIECE OF THE PUZZLE!!! 🥳

I know I’ve been teasing you lot for a few weeks now but it’ll all be worth it, I promise 😜

This is what each reel has mentioned and has hopefully answered for you:

Reel 1: Confidence
I could become better.

Reel 2: Simplicity
I don’t need a ridiculous workshop.

I don’t have to know everything myself.

I don’t have to do it alone.

YOU DON’T NEED MORE TIME… you just need to show up, FOR YOURSELF 🙌🏻

It’s currently called PROJECT: OCT ‘26 but it’s true name, plus the entire concept will be revealed tomorrow, Monday 31st August! It’s EPIC, and something I am INCREDIBLY excited about 🤩

A PLACE FOR WHERE YOU CAN TURN UP AS YOU ARE 😍 And smash your goals 🙌🏻

We all need friends and like minded people around to support us, even when we prefer working by ourselves, even if it is just to ask a simple question, or to look over at and get inspired by or learn something new, and that’s another thing that was so important for Katie and I when building Project: OCT ‘26 😜

Another teaser reel to add to the bundle but I reckon by now you’re getting a pretty good idea about what’s coming in October, there’s only two more tease reels left before the final 7th, the big reveal of Project: OCT ‘26 ‼️

DO YOU NEED A HELPING HAND? 😜

Well that’s another thing that’s been so important to us whilst working on Project: OCT ‘26, creating something where you can ask those questions when in your workshop, without fear of judgement and that will give you that confidence to smash and keep moving forward 🙌🏻

We are getting so close to REVEAL DAY of what the project is, 2 DAYS in fact! If you’ve missed anything and you’re thinking “WTF are you on about Sam, what’s Project: OCT ‘26” 🤣 well I created a whole highlights section found below my bio on Instagram with everything you need to know…

It’s all about the little things, those tiny decisions that actually make a great piece of furniture well, great 🙌🏻

So wether you’re just starting out, or on your journey at what ever station you want to call it, this PROJECT: OCT ‘26 (temporary title 😜) is going to be able HELP you with those decisions and build your confidence, as well as have a s**t ton of fun during it too, it’s something I know I wouldn’t want to miss 😉 So get ready for October! 🙌🏻

REEL 1 of 7 - I THINK YOU’RE GOING TO LOVE THIS 🤩And I really cannot wait to tell you more, but there’s just a few more things Katie and I need to work on before we do 😍

This really is the biggest thing we’ve ever created, and it’s become even bigger than the initial idea 🤯😜

All I want to do is to help and support you incredibly talented makers, wether you’re starting out or years in to your journey, creating these ways to get better, not just in the practical side but in the mental side because that’s important too, and to welcome each and every single person no matter the background, that diversity is what makes this community the best out there 🥳

So STRAP IN ragamuffins over the next few weeks 🚀 while I start to reveal what I’m waffling on and teasing you about 😜

AND ONE OTHER THING I FORGOT TO MENTION ⬇️

Never use a board that still has the pith in, wether that’s hardwood like Oak or Ash, but even more so on softwood like fast grown Spruce, Pine and Douglas Fir, the pith on any tree is the most unstable part of a board and will turn your boards in to spaghetti, so cut it out and glue the boards back together 🙌🏻

DON’T LET YOU OR THE SIZE OF YOUR SPACE DECIDE YOUR FUTURE 😍

My woodworking journey started just like yours, working with pallets and any reclaimed furniture I could get my hands on and doing it in between my previous job…

Now I find it insane to say that I build custom hardwood furniture that sells for thousands of pounds across the UK 🤯

I just love what I do, I love to share by making content, and I love to help in any way I can, so…
