Hey there, I have an open, semi-furnished room available in my townhome that I am looking to rent out. It contains a full-sized futon bed, end table and small bookshelf. Furniture can be removed if you have your own.
You will be sharing the common areas with just me and my two indoor cats. It has a shared, but divided bath. The townhome is located right off of 75 and Delk Rd. in Marietta. Rent will be $650/mo and will include all utilities. $150 deposit.
Looking to rent to another female, preferably in their 20s-30s. Drug and drama free with a steady income. Open to short-term leases.
