This is Anny Christiane Millior Berntsen and someone to be celebrated on International Women's Day along with other pioneering women! She built the rostrum of the Danish Parliament, which was completed in 1917 after two years of work, as according to Frede Bojsen, founder of Rødkilde College (brother of women's rights activist Jutta Bojsen-Møller), it was important that a woman made the chair because they had been granted the right to vote in 1915. A symbol that women could now participate in democracy. She also made various chairs and other furniture for the Supreme Court.
