Houdini Returns!
Been lots going on behind the scenes, will have to do a blog on that! ( for real!)

These girls have such a gorgeous pad !!🐶🐶🐶❤️

Seeing Red❤️-no anger issues though! ( well not many😉)
8rs ago made eyelet curtains with a matching pelmet in kitchen ( still going strong!)
Client wanted a change, with pelmet and Roman underneath.
Cannot believe she found the same discontinued fabric , as the most beautifully made and in impeccable condition curtains on eBay! Felt a bit cruel cutting them up !!
I am 💯 % for recycling though!! Win win in every way !🎉🎉
And a wee mock pure silk interlined Roman in toilet , and revisited a previously made Roman in a freshly papered bedroom , I haven’t quite managed to capture just how gorgeous this Harlequin paper was , it gave me goosebumps! 😍😍

Ending the week on a high note with these beauties ✨
This charming bay window just had a lovely makeover, now dressed in a soft, textured fabric from Dunelm – lighter, brighter, and absolutely stunning.

The design flows seamlessly into the gorgeous kitchen-diner, creating a sense of continuity and calm throughout the space.
Next up: white wooden blinds to complete the bay, a fresh coat of paint in the kitchen, and then it’s all wrapped up 🥰

Sunday vibes with this charming little Roman blind, perfectly complementing the existing curtains and stunning Harlequin wallpaper.
I wish I’d snapped a photo before it went up — it really transformed the window!
All supervised, of course, by the ever-stylish Mr. Monkey. How cool is he?!

A stunning bay on a perfect day!😎
Mid grey Padded pelmets with contrasting black borders add elegance and definition, softening the windows beautifully and taking away any sense of bareness.❤️

Making Waves!!
Tidal waves in my head ,sooooo ( sew , if you’d like a pun!) many things to take into consideration with this style and an off centred window thrown into the mix . Window with a challenge!! and a client with the patience of a saint with me!!
Quite the transformation in the end though ! 😍
The 19.5 metres of fabric lent itself beautifully to this style , can’t quite be captured in pictures!😢

The widest pelmets to date !
The ones with voiles under are a whopping 160” !! The voiles ( which I didn’t make) gave a soft elegant dreamy look 🥰
These pictures really don’t do it justice, but hope you get a sense the Contemporary Classic look achieved , all my clients visions 👌😍😍
Front 2 rooms mirror each other in a soft black Linen ( with black roller blinds under, not supplied by me)
Back 2 rooms also mirroring each other in gorgeously soft velvet , such soft tones too!One in Siver & one in Bone
Lounge , Bo Concept fabric pelmets and Fern coloured velvet curtains under , and a few scattered cushions
An absolute Dream House 🙏🏻🥰😍❤️

Throw back Thursday!
Filled with nostalgia today 🥰
First few are in my 1st Period Property, ( not actually my property,wished it had been, I LOVED it😍😍) was in my late 20’s when I made these.
Not totally obvious, but each pair were hung off a curved board. They were all interlined with goblet headings, knotted ropes & bordered. The works!
Massive room & windows!
3 in the master , 2 in the dressing room / bathroom!
And some stationary frilled “ festoons”

I’m telling you , these will make a comeback, just wait and see!
And the Triangle era!! 🔻🔻🔻
