I just want to share some moments with my mum’s simplicity
Once upon a time (1999 to be precise )
I had an insta one ( back in the days AIMS ) where calls were charged both ways on mobile phones ( calling as well attending ) ( I worked for telecoms not showing off) it was my day off but as usual 21 years old was on a sprint with friends and mum wanted some potato’s and coriander to cook the meal guess how much it costed me as my mum called on my mobile asking me where are you ( we lived in wah and I was in Isb at time with friends ) 2 rupees worth of coriander and potato’s cost me a fortune

Mum called - Shani where are you ???

Shani( me) - ammi Sohail Shah naal
isb (mum I’m in Islamabad with my as***le friend Sohail Shah

Mum - get back home in 10 mins

Me - ammi G ( mum) I’m in Isb can’t come home straight away

Mum - if you don’t bring potato’s and coriander in next 30 mins don’t come home.

Me - mum do you know how much it’s costing me for your aaalu ( potato )and dhaniyaaa ( corrí )

Mum - tu Eik wari ghar aa si ( 😢 )( I will sort you out once you get back )

Me- seriously Mum

Tu te Sohail loafer ho g*i ho aj tuhadi khair ni

I was not concerned about money but worried of my ass kicked

Mum please revive I am already missing u
