Superb part-time opportunity for experienced administrator.

We are looking for a friendly and organised individual with excellent administration and customer service skills. 

This position would suit an individual who enjoys working in a varied role within a friendly and supportive team and has outstanding customer service skills.

This job-share position is for two days per week (Wednesday 9am – 4pm and Friday 9am to 3.45pm) and availability to provide holiday cover for your colleague is essential. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full office administrative support

Reception and dealing with clients, both domestic and commercial

Handle sales orders and invoicing

Deliver excellent customer service

Manage enquiries via phone and email

 
What You Will Need:

Strong administrative skills with a self-starting attitude.

Experience with MS Office and Sage 50

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
