Designed in the spirit of the early 19th century Arts and Crafts movement, this solid oak table follows traditional principles of proportion and function.
It is made from quarter-sawn European oak, selected to reduce movement in a bright garden room setting. The medullary rays in the timber also give the piece its distinctive figure.
The table incorporates a concealed extension mechanism, with leaves supported by hinged brackets that recess into the frame when not in use. Fitted drawers provide additional practicality without affecting the overall form.
Made and finished by hand using traditional joinery throughout.
Built to last.
