Simple. We are a NOT for PROFIT.

We use creativity to get people out of the house, around a table and back amongst people. ❤️

We create therapeutically informed workshops and programmes for people experiencing isolation, loneliness, low confidence, difficult life changes or simply needing to find their people.

✨ MEET SUZANNE — OUR NEW HOLISTIC THERAPY FACILITATOR ✨

We are SO excited to welcome Suzanne Hampson of The Little Village Witchery to The Alchemy Initiative. 🌿🔮

And Suzanne brings a pretty incredible mix to the table…

🧠 Qualified Therapeutic Counsellor since 2019
💚 Trained with Mental Health First Aid England
🤝 Several years’ experience volunteering as a counsellor within her local community
✨ Qualified Usui & Angelic Reiki Practitioner
🌿 Trained in Biofield Energy Healing
🔮 Over 30 years' experience with witchcraft, Tarot, crystals, spellwork and spiritual practice
🌙 A lifelong connection to nature, the seasons and cycles of the Moon

What makes Suzanne’s approach particularly special is the way she brings psychology, counselling, holistic wellbeing and spirituality together.

Her work isn’t about “fixing” people.

It’s about understanding ourselves.
Accepting ourselves.
Reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we may have lost along the way.
And creating space to become more authentically US. ❤️

Through upcoming workshops with The Alchemy Initiative, Suzanne will introduce practices including Tarot for reflection, breathwork, Reiki and energy work, crystals, ritual, nature, seasonal and lunar practices, self-awareness and everyday magic — all approached in a grounded, supportive and accessible way.

Because sometimes finding yourself doesn't happen by becoming someone new.

The Alchemy Initiative CIC creates affordable creative wellbeing, sewing, upcycling and confidence-building sessions for people facing isolation, low confidence, financial hardship and major life changes.

And right now, we need our community behind us.

Playing around with ideas today. Here is what we have so far and we really want your input.

6-Week Healing Hub Programme

The Healing Hub will run as a 6-week therapeutically informed creative wellbeing programme, costing £10 per week (£60 in total), with participants paying weekly rather than upfront.

We already deliver creative wellbeing sessions, but this will be one of our first structured programmes specifically focused on self-worth, body image, confidence and belonging trauma and grief.

Each week will combine creativity, gentle reflection and peer connection around a different theme, helping women build confidence, explore their identity and feel less alone.

The aim is to create something affordable, accessible and genuinely supportive — a place where women can create, connect, laugh, reflect and grow together.
