Day 4 of the garden room build in Grendon

The floor is now insulated and boarded. It’s perfectly level and square and is the perfect base to stat building the walls off of.

Day three of our garden room build and the sub frame has been bolted down to the threaded rods.

This system of foundation is perfect for a garden room as it lifts the structure out of contact with the ground. And enables us to ensure a good airflow around the building (more on this in future videos) @

As we can adjust each rods height we can get the whole structure perfectly level and solid.

Day 5 of the flat roof

Day 4 of the flat roof

Sorry guys the wind caught mine out when I was talking

The sky lantern is in and the rubber is being glued into place around the Facias.

The side entrance is now finished and the customer is very happy!

The rubber roof runs up under the tiles on both sides so there is no chance of water getting under them anymore like the structure we replaced.

Day 3 of our flat roof upgrade!

The insulation is all in, the new boards are down and the rubber has been stretched out ready to glue down next week.

So the old roof is now off and we have re boarded, altered and re-insulated the rafters.

We are ready now to build the up stand and add more PIR to ensure this roof has more insulation than before!
