Sorry we've been a bit quiet on here but we have been very busy in the workshop.

Hello everyone, we’ve got a bit of a problem at the moment and would really appreciate everyone’s help with sharing this post:

At our work shop we have a had a delivery of £1000 worth of leather go missing. Somebody with the name “dray” (not sure on the spelling) has signed for this leather after passing the car park where the delivery van was. Nobody on our sight has seen this, and none of us have signed for it.

It’s in the calverton area of Nottinghamshire.

The leather is martrim leather, a half hide of black and 2 1/2 hides of cream for a car interior.

This is obviously devastating for a small business, especially so near to Christmas when my dad (Malcolm the upholster and owner of MSB Furnishings) has worked so incredibly hard to keep on track with all the work going on and spent money buying said leather.

Please can people keep an eye out for any that might go on sale in surrounding areas matching this description. Any shares or support would be greatly appreciated!

As we have been away from social media for a while I thought I’d reintroduce us and show you some of the projects we’ve done recently!

So first off we are a small family run business based in Calverton, Nottinghamshire but are able to travel to you if needed!

We reupholster (and create where needed) furniture of all kinds. We specialise in classic cars, sofas, chairs, caravans, classic motorbikes, motorhomes, boats and french polishing.

The pink sofa below was made from scratch (we built the frame too) with a beautiful velvet fabric and top of the range cushions.

We can provide fabric books for you to browse or if you have your own fabric to use, are happy to adjust the price to consider this!
