All work is covered by a 28 day warranty. If the same problem re-occurs within 28 days of the original repair (stated on the invoice), Mobiles4repair will only charge for any additional parts that may be required however if the original part is found to be faulty this will be replaced free of charge. This is dependent on the fault and cause of fault (down to Mobiles4repair discretion).
Customers shall back up all data stored in the device to be repaired and remove any removable media, such as media cards, Sim cards etc before returning or submitting the products for repair.
Warranty does not apply to devices that have suffered liquid damage of any kind or that display cracks of any kind once returned to the customer.
Mobiles4repair does not accept any liability for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered during repair. Customer accepts full responsibility for Customer software and data and Mobiles4repair is not required to advise or remind customers of appropriate backup and other procedures. Although Mobiles4repair will never overwrite/format Excludes faults caused by software, virus and end user errors. over Customer data, it is Customers responsibility to backup and complete the restore of personal data after repair.
Mobiles4repair does not accept responsibility for any damage resulting from viruses or other malicious pieces of software that may have been transmitted during servicing or escaped detection.
Mobiles4repair reserves the right to change these conditions at anytime without notice.
All deposits are non refundable. A deposit is taken to confirm repair before parts are ordered. If the repair is then cancelled or no longer required, the deposit is lost.
