JustWild is a Forest School run by an experienced Level 3 practitioner who also has 14 years experience as a Primary School Teacher and SENDCo. We offer weekly Parents and Tots sessions (term time only) which take place on a Friday morning, 10:00am - 12:00pm. These sessions are themed and include crafts, free play activities, story time and campfire cooking. They are very relaxed which allows chil
dren to dip in and out of activities as they choose to. We also run monthly Family Wild Time sessions. These take place on the first Sunday of the month and are open to children of all ages and their family. They too include crafts, tool use, campfire cooking and free play, but they also include a Family Challenge, which again people can opt in or out of. Examples of the challenges are: Bow and Arrow Tournament, Build a Forest Chair, Forest School Olympics and Den Tournament! We always have lots of fun, outside, whatever the weather, whilst making new friends and learning new skills. In addition to these sessions we offer Forest School parties, which we can theme around the interests of your child, as well as additional sessions in the school holidays. Events are always posted on our FB page. We also work with local schools. Children can either visit us on our site or we can bring our Forest School skills to them in their setting.
