Well, this was a lovely one for the team here at CCA Tuning Aberdeen! 💪

We got the call to fit dash cameras for this lovely family — one for his car, one for the wife's car, and one for the father-in-law's too! That's what we call getting the whole family covered! 😂👏

A big shout-out to Joe's Tyres as well for helping bring this one our way. We really appreciate the recommendation! 🙌

We got two of the three fitted last week to get ahead of the game, with the third vehicle unavailable at the time. Don't worry, though — we're getting that one sorted this week, and we'll share some more pictures once it's all done! 📸

🚨 WOW… SHAME ON YOU! 😡

We’ve had a few calls over the past week from customers who have been let down by another remapping business. Some have paid deposits only for the remapper not to turn up, while others have even travelled to their premises and STILL been left disappointed!

Honestly, it’s not good enough. 😡

Here at CCA Tuning Aberdeen, we genuinely feel for anyone who has been put in this position. On a few occasions, we’ve even taken the hit ourselves and absorbed £30–£50 deposits for customers who have been let down elsewhere. Why? Because it’s not the customer’s fault!

But let’s be clear… we are NOT all the same! 👊

We pride ourselves on being loyal to our customers, whether it’s remapping, diagnostics, HHO Carbon Cleaning, dash cams, servicing or any of our other services.

On the odd occasion, we may ask for a small deposit, usually when we have extra travel involved. This is simply to cover fuel costs and ensure the journey is worthwhile.

But trust is a two-way street! 🤝

We trust our customers, and we hope they trust us in return. We’ve worked hard to build our reputation, and we believe in treating people the way we would expect to be treated ourselves.

Have we ever been slightly late? Of course! Traffic happens, roads get busy, and sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan. But we communicate, we turn up, and we do our very best never to let our customers down.
