Our Friday classes (AM & PM) and 2-day weekenders are now open for booking — all completely beginner friendly and suitable for all levels.

Bring your own piece, learn proper upholstery skills, and leave with something you’re genuinely proud of (plus a good dose of tea, biscuits & blether along the way ☕️).

Spaces are kept small, so everyone gets plenty of hands-on help.

That's me on holiday mode… 🕶️🍹

I’m officially out of the studio until the 10th, and I’ve zero intention of checking emails — unless my cocktail comes with WiFi, which I sincerely hope it doesn't!

The lovely Patti will be taking care of my usual Friday classes while I’m off pretending I dont have a pile of half-stripped chairs waiting for me back home.....

Commissions and enquiries will need to wait, because I’ll be far too relaxed to trust myself with any decisions more serious than “another drink… why not?”

This big, bold beauty lumbered into the workshop as a saggy old Chesterfield — but after a full rebuild and a head-to-toe transformation, just look at it now! 💚

Now strutting its stuff in a vibrant green cotton velvet from this armchair’s gone from tired to totally smashing. Strong, stylish, and seriously comfy — it’s affectionately known in the studio as The Hulk. 🌿
