This piece of furniture is a map of my recent travels around the globe. It was made in France and the wood, a really warm honey colour walnut is from Dordogne. I draw it last year, while training carving techniques in Patan, Nepal. The carving patern remembers flowing waters...the handles are from indian printing blocks
