Ergonomics is the key to a more comfortable and productive workday! Try adding these simple tips to your routine:
🔄 Change positions regularly:
Don’t stay in one position for too long! Switch between sitting and standing about every 30 minutes. Give your eyes a break by directing your gaze far into the distance for a moment.
🏃♀️ Keep moving:
Movement is medicine! Use active seating solutions or balance boards to encourage movement throughout your day. Take short walking breaks, refill your water glass, or stand up during calls or video meetings.
💪 Don’t forget desk exercises:
Keep small tools for exercise nearby, such as massage balls or resistance bands. Stretch your arms, massage the soles of your feet with a ball, or do a deep squat – your body will thank you!
