Hi, I’m Kate. Originally from London, now a proud resident of Mallorca and co-owner of Libela Home. I’m a business woman & mum, doing my best to enjoy all the magical small moments amidst the chaos of the daily juggle.
I run the interior design & styling side of the business and will always be the one clients have direct contact with. I absolutely love my job. I meet so many truly lovely people; clients who become friends, and helping them create their dream homes in Mallorca is a pleasure. Understanding every client and what they really want is my first priority, because once you do this, you can deliver a place that makes them smile every time they enter.
I also adore being a mum, playing and laughing and hearing the thoughts and ideas of those 2 little beings is just magical.
Finding the balance between the two is important. As is also finding time for friends and myself. In that sense I’m extremely fortunate to have a partner in business and in life who works and commits as much as I do to our business, our family (and our own house renovation - because life wasn’t busy enough 🤣 - but we will save that story for another post)
Working with your partner is not always easy, but it has many positives too, and as we grow we are learning how to inspire each other to be our best selves. So, that’s a brief bio on me, feel free to ask any questions in the comments. Tomorrow we will introduce you to Johan…the Belgian I met on a bus in Ecuador 11 years ago…and the other half of Libela home ❤️
