Villa Ana is the name of our 2 bedroom apartment on the beautiful urbanisation of El Capistrano Village in Nerja. With plenty of bars, restaurants and beaches you will be spoilt for choice! VILLA ANA
General:
Villa Ana is a traditional Spanish apartment with 2 large bedrooms, lounge and a double-fronted terrace
Terrace:
Villa Ana’s terrace is HUGE and has views to the sea and Capistrano’s ga
rdens! On the terrace there is an 8 seater table, sun beds, and BBQ. We also keep a storage cabinet on the terrace, which is full of beach chairs, mats and toys! Being south facing the terrace is a real sun trap with the sun shining on it all day, enabling you to make the most of the table and sun beds! The terrace sun trap also means you can still enjoy lovely times outside in the cooler months. Lounge/Diner:
We have 2 sofas (1 also being a sofa bed) and one chair. We have a dining table for 6, and also 2 bar stool style chairs for smaller children to use at the table. Kitchen:
Well appointed kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle and crockery and cutlery; all the usual you would expect in your own home. We also have cutlery sets for young children and plastic Disney cups and plates. We have recently installed a dishwasher :)
Bedrooms:
We have 2 large bedrooms, 1 with a comfy king size bed, and the other with 2 extra large single beds. There are wardrobes, drawers and hairdryers in each bedroom. The main bedroom is large enough to add a fold up bed, of which we have 2. Bathroom:

Extras:
Our apartment has a flat screen TV with satellite TV channels that include BBC, ITV, Sky 1 and Sky Sports. We also have a DVD player and Wii console with 2 controllers (Wii sports is kept, but feel free to bring your own games). We also keep multiple chargers; ones used for Samsung products, Kindle & HTC, and chargers for Asus Transformer Prime and 3DS. We also have numerous travel plug adaptors! We have multiple fans for summer & heaters for winter. We recently setup wifi for the apartment so you can annoy your friends with photos and updates as you sit on the terrace :)
EL CAPISTRANO VILLAGE
El Capistrano Village is a long established, traditional whitewashed Spanish village type, urbanisation around a 15-20 minutes’ walk to the Balcon area of Nerja (or much longer if you stop at all the tapas bars on route!). There is also a regular bus service all year round to different areas of Nerja for just 1 euro. Capistrano has 5 swimming pools, which include 2 baby pools. 1 of the large and 1 baby pool is around a 2 minute walk from Villa Ana. The other pools are next to the onsite restaurant, Cave bar, launderette and our management company’s offices. Both pool groupings have pool bars during the summer season selling wine, beer, soft drinks and ice cream. NERJA
Nerja is around 45 minutes from Malaga airport at the very eastern end of the Costa del Sol. It is a world away from the high rise areas closer to Malaga and still retains a traditional Spanish feel. It is estimated that there are around 300+ cafe, bars and restaurants around Nerja, so you should be able to find something to suit all tastes! There are also 9 different beaches; including Burriana which is the main, and most touristy, beach to more secluded ones such as Maro and El Salon.
