The 2030‑80 line is a fully automated medium‑scale block production system, designed to fit into existing industrial buildings. It combines smart design and advanced automation to ensure efficient, precise, and reliable production.

Highlights:
- Trays 1200×700 mm, producing 9 blocks per cycle
- Dynamic rack system with 8×1 pallet setup and automated loading/unloading
- Rometa 2030 vibrating machine with frequency inverter for precise control
- Fully automated workflow managed from a central control cabin
- Automated palletizing and strapping, with continuous height monitoring for consistent quality
- Customized integration with client’s existing dosing hoppers and in‑building mixing unit
