A badly rotten eucaliptus table got a new life. Some scars left but many years(and wonderful meals) ahead! 😃
Esta meda ma**za de eucalipto estaba muy deteriorada y podrida en partes. Tras una extensa restauración y tratamiento de carcoma, tiene muchos más años(y almuerzos y cenas) por delante. A disfrutarla! 😃

Wishing all our clients a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Feliz Navidad y prospero año nuevo.

We’ve been quiet on the socials as we have had a busy few months working with clients in their homes and creating bespoke furniture pieces.

Here’s an example:
We were delighted to be entrusted with this beautiful, antique Mexican wagon wheel. We love the rustic look and we are sure this wheel has a few tales to tell.

Our client asked us to transform this piece of history into a coffee table. Oscar set to work on designing the legs, selecting iroko wood to match the rustic, rich colours of the wagon wheel. He gave a couple of options for leg designs and the client chose the intersecting X base, giving a modern yet rustic finish to the table.
The wheel was refurbished and treated and a bespoke glass topper ordered to protect the wood.
On the 2nd collage we have the finished product. A beautiful piece of history has now been transformed into a much loved piece of furniture. Thank you to our clients for entrusting us to create this piece. It was a joy to create.

Hemos estado un poco ausentes en las redes sociales ya que hemos tenido unos meses trabajando con clientes en sus hogares y creando muebles a medida.

Estamos encantados de que nos confiaran esta hermosa y antigua rueda de carreta mexicana. Nos encanta el aspecto rústico y estamos seguros de que esta rueda tiene algunas historias que contar.

Nuestro cliente nos pidió transformar este pedazo de historia en una mesa de café. Oscar se puso a trabajar en el diseño de las patas, seleccionando madera de iroko para combinar con los colores ricos y rústicos de la rueda del carro. Dio un par de opciones para diseños de patas y el cliente eligió la base en X que se cruza, dándole un acabado moderno pero rústico a la mesa.
La rueda fue renovada y tratada y se encargó una tapa de cristal hecha a medida para proteger la madera.
En el segundo collage tenemos el producto terminado. Una hermosa pieza de la historia ahora se ha transformado en un mueble muy querido. Gracias a nuestros clientes por confiar en nosotros para crear esta pieza. Fue un placer crearla.
Seguimos con muchos proyectos para el 2024☺️
