En Surfing Etxea hemos creado unos SANDWITXES ### que te van a dejar sin palabras, pensados para los amantes del buen comer. Cada bocado es una experiencia:

* CERDO: Nuestra cabezada, cocinada a baja temperatura para una ternura inigualable, sazonada con sal, pimienta, tomillo fresco y mantequilla.
Completan esta maravilla los canónigos, cebolla roja encurtida, cebollino y una vibrante salsa acevichada.

* POLLO: Suave contramuslo infusionado a baja temperatura con sal, pimienta, romero, tajín y limón. Acompañado de crujiente col lombarda, pepinillo fresco, cebolla frita y nuestra irresistible mayo sriracha. ¡Una delicia!

* VEGGIE: Un festival de vegetales cocinados a baja temperatura: calabacín, champiñones, aceituna y cilantro. Frescura garantizada con col lombarda, rúcula, cebolla frita y nuestra sorprendente salsa de remolacha con cilantro y jengibre.
