How was your verano? 🏖
Can you believe how fast it goes by!
During this period, some dear Nacarians have decided to start new journeys. We will miss them very much.
On the other hand, new talent has arrived, fully charged with contagious energy.
Also, our office in is up and running, something we are tremendously passionate about.

So, what's the plan? Tackling the post vacation blues, finding random reasons to celebrate and continue creating a place of growth for our people and for the companies that trust us.

What is the difference between strategy and tactics❓

🎯 A strategy is a long-term plan of action to be implemented in the future to achieve an ultimate goal. One example: To increase the transparency of a local government.

📋Tactics are the individual steps and actions you will take to reach a goal. For example: Develop a marketing plan that highlights ways that citizens can interact and communicate with the government.

And why is strategy key? Sun Tzu answers you in his book The Art of War:
«All men can see these tactics whereby I conquer, but what none can see is the strategy out of which victory is evolved.»

At Nacar, we believe that strategy gives meaning to TOT we do.

Aquí are some highlights of Taulab, the exhibition/workshop we organized together with Comas and Partners for the Barcelona Design Week in Palo Alto, Barcelona.

The leitmotiv of the action was to present the table, "la taula", as a center of connections, inspiration and bites in our Mediterranean culture.

Last week at the in , Nicolás Correa SA received the 14th Innovation Award in Advanced and Digital Manufacturing for the new BM-180 boring bar.
A totally unique and innovative product. Large as a human being, precise as a scalpel.

Enhorabuena to the Correa and Nacar teams, whose hard work and perseverance made it possible for us to enjoy this moment.

Yesterday Comas and Partners and Nacar won a Silver Delta with the Atlàntida Collection at the ADI 2022 Awards. ADI-FAD
This great award is the tip of the iceberg that shows the tremendous work of two teams that have become one. A human group that does not give up, that goes on and on and on until the impossible becomes possible.
