تخزين المواد الكيميائية مش مجرد تنظيم للمعمل هو كمان خطوة مهمة لتقليل المخاطر قبل ما تحصل 🙌

لما بيتم تخزين مواد غير متوافقة مع بعض، ده ممكن يزود احتمالية حدوث تفاعلات، تسريب، حريق، أو مخاطر على العاملين داخل المعمل.

علشان كده، الفصل الصحيح للمواد الكيميائية مهم جدًا.

المعمل يكون أكثر أمانًا إذا تم اتباع الاتي:
✔ تخزين المواد القابلة للاشتعال بشكل منفصل
✔ وضع المواد المسببة للتآكل في وحدات تخزين مناسبة
✔ تثبيت أسطوانات الغاز وتخزينها في مكان آمن
✔ استخدام ملصقات واضحة وتنظيم مناطق التخزين

التخطيط الجيد عند تصميم المعامل وتجهيزها يساعد في خلق بيئة عمل أكثر أمانًا وكفاءة.

شفاط الأبخرة مصمم لحماية العاملين داخل المعمل.

لكن في نقطة مهمة ناس كتير ممكن ما تاخدش بالها منها:
الحركة حول الشفاط ممكن تأثر على كفاءته.

لما يكون في حركة قريبة جدًا من شفاط الأبخرة، ده ممكن يسبب اضطراب في مسار الهواء المسؤول عن احتواء الأبخرة الضارة.

علشان كده، سلامة المعمل مش بس في اختيار الجهاز المناسب أو أثاث معامل عالي الجودة.
لكن كمان في التخطيط الصح للمساحة حواليه، خصوصًا عند تصميم المعامل وتجهيزها.

✔ مسارات حركة واضحة
✔ مكان مناسب لشفاط الأبخرة
✔ تدفق هواء أكثر استقرارًا
