Green Zone was founded in 2013 in an effort to promote urban farming and sustainability through offering both products and services. Our products include composting bins, gardening tools and other gardening materials while our current services focus on composting & gardening workshops. Green Zone’s aims to involve local communities and teach people how to productively use their unused spaces and t

heir household waste to grow their own healthy fruits and vegetables. In doing so, we would not only be raising awareness of the 3Rs ”reduce,reuse,recycle” but also providing solutions. Green Zone’s products and workshops are inspired by creative farming techniques that make use of permaculture insights and research. This means no chemicals or pesticides are used and costs are minimised wherever and whenever possible. As part of our vision we are eager to see the reactivation of gardening curricula and activities in schools. We believe this would give students a chance to participate in recycling and soil regeneration at young ages and bring this knowledge to their homes.
