Power Stow designs and manufactures innovative airport baggage and cargo handling equipment.

Power Stow was founded in 2003 by Martin Vestergaard, a well-known figure on the international ground support equipment scene through his affiliation with Company Vestergaard. Domiciled in rural surroundings about 40 km from Copenhagen in Denmark, Power Stow is dedicated to the design, manufacturing and international marketing of the Power Stow Rollertrack Conveyor - a brand-new concept in mobile belt loading systems. Prototyped and tested under harsh, everyday conditions in Copenhagen Airport, the Rollertrack Conveyor has proved its superior performance through cost-effective loading and offloading of passenger baggage on the ramp.

This week we had the pleasure to welcome AS Tallinn Airport GH to our headquarters in Denmark, for the PDI of their new Power Stow Rollertrack belt loader. 🇩🇰🔜🇪🇪

This will be the fifth Power Stow unit added to their operation.

The aircraft hold is not the only area where baggage handling places physical strain on operators, increasing the risk of back and shoulder injuries.

During manual handling, baggage handlers repeatedly lift, twist, and toss bags between carts, ULDs, and the rear end of the belt loader.
The Power Stow Tail Loader is designed to bridge that gap by semi-automating the process.

By reducing the need for heavy lifting and awkward movements, the Tail Loader helps create a smoother, easier and more controlled baggage flow at the rear end of the belt loader.
It supports:

✔ Efficient one-person operation at the rear-end of the belt loader

Extending the conveyor into the aircraft hold transforms the way baggage is handled.

Instead of relying on ramp agents to pull, lift and throw bags from the aircraft door to the end of the bulk hold, the Power Stow Rollertrack Conveyor extends into the cargo hold and automatically transports baggage and cargo directly to the handler.

The system reliably guides bags and items of all shapes and sizes around the 90-degree turn, ensuring a smooth, continuous flow within the confined space of a narrow-body aircraft.
The result is a significant improvement over the physically demanding manual handling process, reducing strain on ramp agents while increasing operational efficiency.

The Rollertrack helps by:

It's a chance to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new ones, and spend time with customers, partners, and colleagues who share the same passion for aviation and ground support equipment.

One of our favourite moments is welcoming visitors to our stand and giving them the opportunity to experience our solutions firsthand. Seeing people test our equipment, ask questions, and exchange ideas is what makes GSE Expo so special—and something no brochure or video can truly replace.
These are the moments that stay with us long after the event has come to an end.
