Liggestolen is handmade from rattan with respect for the old Danish traditions. The material we use is rattan in the best quality, a sort called Manau. Rattan is a very strong, durable and light organic material. It is sustainable, when cut down, it quickly grows up again.

Liggestolen, The Danish lounger, is developed from an original Danish design from the 30's. At that time the lounger was used at Danish hospitals and sanatoria - where people went to recuperate.

Liggestolen can be folded up and the lounger is very easy to carry around. The footrest can be bend underneath the seat, and it can be used as a regular chair.

In cooperation with Knud Svensson, one of the last basket makers in Denmark, we made Liggestolen, the old original lounger, remade with a few changes. Liggestolen nowadays is stronger, as people are larger.

Liggestolen is handmade from rattan with respect for the old Danish traditions. The material we used is rattan in the best quality, a sort called Manau. Rattan is a very strong, durable and light organic material. It is sustainable, when cut down, it quickly grows up again.

ChairTwo is inspired by the easy design of TivoliOne. It is larger and with armrest. They compliment one another, but are different. Have a look and see, what you think.

Vi får endelig, endelig møbler hjem i næste uge.
Har sagt det flere gange, det er næsten som Peter og Ulven, men nu er skibet kommet til København, så det lykkes! Når vognmanden har kørt møblerne til vores lager, pakker og ordner vi, og kører ud så hurtigt som muligt 🕊
