In collaboration with Copenhagen-based brand , Fritz Hansen has reupholstered a series of Dot™ stools using fabric remnants from Another Aspect’s own production - guided by a simple idea: to work with what already exists. Burgundy tweed is paired with a contrasting Japanese textile, with Arne Jacobsen’s compact design allowing even small offcuts to be used rather than discarded. Placed in café inside Another Aspect’s city-centre store, the Dot becomes part of everyday use.
Alongside the stools, surplus leather from Fritz Hansen’s upholstery workshop has been transformed into a limited run of leather accessories - bags and belts - reworking unused pieces into practical, long-lasting objects. A project shaped not by new materials, but by working with what already exists.
