Hynge strives to enhance living comfort in compact homes, we supply space saving mechanisms for multi-functional furniture and target the furniture and interior design industries. The mechanical concept Hynge has been created and is constantly developed further to enable furniture and supplier companies to turn their products into great space saving objects – one of the most important topics in mo

dern living. Because of scarcity of living space the motivation for designing Hynge had been born - because at most times, moving to a bigger space is just not an option. Therefore, the need for a space saving application was leading to the Hynge solutions. We are proud to deliver mechanisms that can be used for a great number of desk applications. The striking advantage of our mechanisms is the ability to perform when a furniture item is placed in a corner. Hynge was formerly known as casetur mechanism, prior to our rebrand in 2025.

Since Holzhandwerk 2026 and Hynge collaborate. ShaperTools demonstrated within a few minutes how simple the milling of Hynge product shapes actually is. All that was needed was Hynge CAD data and ShaperTools hardware.
