Fresh Mediterranean-Style Salad with Feta and Cashews
– served on MAOMI’s stoneware ELEPHANT FEET

1. Rinse mixed greens thoroughly and let them drain. Wash the cherry tomatoes.

2. Chop the Vegetables:
* Thinly slice the red onion into half-moons.
* Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
* Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.

3. Spread a generous bed of the mixed leafy greens onto a ELEPHANT FEET MEDIUM PLATE.

4. Arrange the sliced red bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion evenly over the greens.

5. Take the block of feta cheese and crumble it generously with your fingers directly over the salad.

6. Drizzle a good quality olive oil over the top. Finish with a few grinds of salt and fresh black pepper.

7. Top the salad with a handful of whole cashews for a hearty crunch.

Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh salad!
