Aponix provides urban farming infrastructure equipment to grow edible plants in a more decentralized way in urban farming plots: Vertical barrel 3D-NFT alternative to rack systems ++ living WallSystem. We will create increasing impact on multiple dimensions: health, environmental, more social interaction around food, disruption of outdated and excessively long value chains, more fun and varieties.

Users need modular infrastructure equipment and support to do that reliably and easily. The way people grow food will change from the highly processed unhealthy food we have now into more health conscious consumer behavior and demand for clean local food. Urban areas are growing and arable land is being lost rapidly. We would like to bring back plant production to where people live, set up fair and decent working conditions and opportunity to produce clean and fresh food with great taste and variety to the communities in novel production formats like CSAs (community supported agriculture) etc. Our components: Commercially usable soilless plant production infrastructure in 3D for urban/vertical farming without racks: vertical barrel 3D-NFT ++ living WallSystem.
