I truley believe MECCO's work in the Rio Naranjo has two goals. To get as much materials from the river before so.eone stops them with no respect to the river or the peoplr that live here and to make the river unuseable for anyone else. Swimmers, fishermen and tour companies using the river for whitewater rafting.
