New designed elements. They can directly replace old BiTAC or n-BiTAC elements. It is Ok to replace a few pieces or whole elements in an electrolyzer. The electrolyzer frame and all other parts are same. It is the best choice for updating old BiTAC/n-BiTAC electrolyzer.

Titanium / nickel head pipes around chlor-alkali cells are used to replace non-metal head pipes for anolyte/catholyte feed and discharge. The lifetime is much longer. Plenty of old n-BiTAC elements for sale. These elements have been used for about 3 years. So they can be used directly for one membrane cycle. Alterntively we can replae the anode mesh and cathode mattress/mini-mesh with new one. In this case, our guarantee lifetime is 8 years. n-BiTAC elements can be directly installed in BiTAC electrolyzer. We also supply cell gaskets and inlet/outlet teflon hoses.
