A water jet cutting machine uses high-pressure water, typically 60,000 to 90,000 pounds per square inch (PSI), to cut through glass, metal, stone, and plastic. This machine draws water through a chamber that mixes an abrasive material like garnet to create an exact and powerful cutting stream.
Laser Glass Cutting Machine
Unlike sand and water, a laser glass cutting machine focuses a laser beam through a small nozzle. Mounted on a cutting head, the nozzle moves in a predetermined cutting path, computed by a glass CNC machine, and when the beam hits the glass, it melts or vaporizes the material, creating a precise, clean cut.
